Recipe for eggnog preparation


2 liters of milk

3 egg yolks

2 cinnamon sticks

8 cloves

1/2 tea spoon of powdered nutmeg

1 tea spoon of vanilla essence

1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 can of condensed milk

1 cup of white rum

4 table spoons of cornflour


Place the milk to boil and mix it constantly with a wooden spoon. Then, add cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and sugar and continue mixing.

In the blender place the egg yolks, the condensed milk and mix while you stir a little bit of the boiled milk into the blender. Add this preparation to the milk and with the cornflour thicken it. Let cool and finally add the rum and the vanilla. Refrigerate and serve cold with some ice cubs.
